Hello! My name is Nicole Penkalski LMT, and I am a 2009 graduate of The New York Institute of Massage located in Williamsville, NY.

My passion and dedication to helping people has brought me full circle to the career that I love. These past 9 years have been amazing, and my business is thriving, and continuing to grow.

My extensive knowledge of the human body and passion for massage creates a therapeutic massage to help ease your pain. I have been blessed with many opportunities these past few years. I have a variety of clients I take care of from professional athletes, to the elderly, and everyone in between. This range proves I can adapt and provide much needed relief to any ones sore muscles.

Just had my 1st massage with Nicole. I booked a 60 minute Swedish Massage. Nicole is so warm & welcoming, truly makes you comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing with soft light, soft music & aromatic scents. Nicole truly does have "Magic Hands". The overall massage was so relaxing & without my telling her, she found my tightest muscles & worked them until they relaxed. I felt so amazingly good & relaxed by the end of my 60 minutes, that I bought a package of massages. I will definitely be seeing Nicole & her magic hands again. ???????

Medical Massage

Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem the client presents with a specific ailment and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the medical massage therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment. Deep Tissue Medical Massage

Deep tissue massage, as defined by a 2018 article in the Journal of Bodywork And Movement Therapies, involves manipulation of the deep layers of muscle tissue in the body, including the fascia and other supportive tissue that make up joints. The purpose is to reach these layers in order to relax, lengthen and release harmful holding patterns.
