The Evergreen Spa is a massage therapy and body treatment practice. It is located in Historic Downtown Elk River, MN on Main Street in the Cinema Professional Building. My name is Kaiti and I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in San Jose, CA, in 2011. I enjoy all aspects of therapeutic massage techniques but specialize in neck/shoulder work. I like to find the fine balance between relieving muscular tension and deep relaxation. I strive to provide a service that calms the body and mind at the same time.

Kaitlyn is so good. I come in with knots of pain and leave so relaxed. The only thing I would do differently is book 90 minutes instead of the 1 hour. More time to get knots out is always better!!! Thank you!!!

Kaiti did a fabulous job in making me feel relaxed! It was definitely hot in there, but the AC just couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. Not her fault! She still made me feel comfortable and made up for it with a discount (which she didn’t have to do!) I will definitely be back!

I have had a hard time finding a massage therapist that understands what I'm asking for. I went to see Kaiti at the recommendation of a friend. She was one of the first massage therapists that gave me exactly what I wanted. She used the perfect amount of pressure - it was such a nice, relaxing massage. The ambiance of the room is great too. I loved the essential oils she was using. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely be going back to see her again.

Highly recommend a massage by Kaiti! I was able to relax while really being able to make some progress on some stressed muscles. Perfect pressure and such a calming atmosphere with the use of essential oils. Will be going back.
