Overall my first massage experience was everything that I had hoped for. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Judith told me what was to be expected during and after as far as soreness, which was minimal. My muscles were very tight, soreness was to be expected. But after 24 hours I feel great! No neck tension, no pain in my shoulders and back and I am able to practice better posture at work without pain and aches. I cannot thank the staff enough.
