With a diverse background in both healthcare and the outdoors, I bring a unique blend of clinical precision and holistic body awareness to my work. I am a recently licensed massage therapist, driven by a passion for helping others heal through therapeutic touch. Before entering the massage field, I spent over 15 years as a registered dental assistant, honing my skills in patient care, detail-oriented work, and clinical teamwork.

Outside the treatment room, I’ve spent the last 25 years immersed in the world of rock climbing—as both an avid climber and professional guide. This lifelong dedication to movement, body mechanics, and risk management deeply informs my massage practice, allowing me to support active individuals, climbers, and anyone recovering from injury or chronic tension.

Whether I’m helping someone relax, recover, or perform at their best, I aim to meet each client with compassion, experience, and a grounded understanding of the body in motion

House of Kings Card Club

At the House of Kings Card Club, I provide on-site chair massage to a diverse and fast-paced clientele in a high-stress environment. Working directly with poker players, staff, and regular patrons, I deliver focused therapeutic bodywork designed to relieve tension, improve circulation, and support relaxation during long hours of seated play. This experience has sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, read body language, and offer effective, targeted treatment in a short timeframe — all while maintaining professionalism in a dynamic public setting. It also has deepened my understanding of how repetitive seated posture, concentration, and adrenaline affect the neck, shoulders, and lower back. My time at House of Kings has strengthened both my clinical intuition and ability to create grounding moments for clients amid high-energy environments.
