Deep Tissue & More Massage is located conveniently at 4330 Golf Terrace, Suite 101, near several chiropractors and physical therapists, and is open from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays and Wednesday from 10am to 2pm
Each massage is tailored to your health needs. Deep tissue massage is muscle work designed to reach the deeper, underlying muscles and connective tissue. In today’s world, repetitive stress and motion causes aches, pains, and injuries. These deep knots and sometimes nerve impingement, which cause unnecessary pain and stress. Its was my first time.
I ask specifically for aggressive deep tissue.
I did not recieve that.
If im going to pay full price plus a tip I should be able to get what I ask for.
I completely understand when its your first time
The masseuse needs to get to know you and your body.
If so dont charge a full price.
Maybe a discount for a first time customer.
I didnt get much relief for the price.
I will give it one more shot and hope I can feel better.

I am more sore today than I've been after other massages, but I think that was to be expected. My shoulder/arm is NOT worse than it has been, and I'm hoping that I'll see a little improvement by tomorrow. I had a PT appointment for early this AM but cancelled it because of the snow. I am continuing to put heat on it for 20 minutes every few hours and will probably alternate with ice. Otherwise i'm staying active and remembering to raise my arm to do tasks as needed. I have a chiro appointment Friday and will see you Monday! Hope you were able to get to work easily today! Thanks! JoAnn
