I believe that it is important to live a balanced life by taking care of yourself physically as well as mentally and emotionally. Born and raised in Eatonville,Wa I studied nursing right out of High School, but then decided to take a more natural approach to health through massage. I have been a massage therapist since 2009. I am proficient in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Trigger Point, NMR, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Cervical and Head issues.
