I had lost hope that I would ever recover from a complex chronic pain causing dysfunctional pattern caused by multiple injuries. I’ve seen many practitioners of various professions who tried to help me, and though some of them were certainly very helpful, I can surely say Suzanne did what none of them could. Show me how to unwind the pattern and get my life back.

Myofascial therapy has been incredibly beneficial for overall the well-being of my body, and even mental health as it is very calming. My job is physical, and my lower back has been problematic for me for years. Suzanne’s approach is incredibly precise and careful. Her knowledge of the human body is very evident. I highly recommend Suzanne Fishel, LMT services. Suzanne had helped me on several occasions to relieve chronic pain in my hips, knee and back, as well as my TMJ / jaw pain. Suzanne's office environment is beautifully minimalistic, relaxing and clean. Soft meditative music helps relax me while she gently manipulates and stretches my muscles to relieve pain in specific areas. At the conclusion of each session, Suzanne sends me off with various stretching exercises to do at home to help keep areas of tension more relaxed. Suzanne Fishel is the best!
