As a native Idahoan born and raised in Boise, my career has been primarily in sales & marketing with start ups and small businesses. I decided to pursue my massage therapy certification in 2005, and was educated at the Healing Arts Institute in Citrus Heights,  California as well as Fair Oaks
Massage Institute in Fair Oaks, California.  I will be receiving my Bachelor's of Arts in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from Boise State University this December, 2019.

My philosophy on massage therapy is quite simple — it should be the first line of defense in dealing with many of today’s medical challenges, from sore muscles to stress reduction —and it is my pleasure to be of service to you in reaching and maintaining your optimal health.

I am honored to give each individual that walks through my door their ‘sacred space’ to disengage from the demands of their life, and I thank you for allowing me to help restore peace, harmony and balance into your soul.

I liked the tailored care that I received before, during and after the massage. I had a pain in my back and Elizabeth was able to position me in a way that it didn't hurt anymore and she could still massage that side of my body efficiently. That was a significant accomplishment. Also, the environment in her studio is a pleasant one.

I showed up 5 minutes early for my massage and I could hear my massage therapist talking with her previous client. They continued to talk for 30 minutes meaning my massage started 25 minutes late! The therapist was apologetic but then instead of a 60 minute massage I only got a 45 minute one! Her massage skills were ok but I would never get a massage here ever again!
