Lisa, just to echo what I told you at my appointment, I've been receiving massage therapy since 1991 and you are the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. In addition you have skill's that far exceeds any massage therapist I have ever had. Lastly your skills calm down and control my physical, emotional and mental issues that I have which is why I will always be a client of your's. Sure the control isn't permanent but when I "Roll" out of your massage therapy studio you have calmed everything down to the point that I'm able to continue with my daily life, physical therapy and the work I do with the MN Paralyzed Veterans of America and the Apple Valley American Legion Post 1776 and for that I'll always be extremely great full!!

Lisa does great work really getting into those knots and problem areas. I would recommend her and I plan to go to her in the future. The massage room is above an animal clinic, so sometimes you can hear dogs barking which causes the atmosphere to be a little less relaxing, but that’s really out of Lisa’s control and I don’t blame her for that. The massage that she gives makes up for it!

Thank you for the review. It is normal to feel some soreness for a couple days following, especially if your body is new to massage therapy. It is similar to the soreness you may experience after a new workout. Always drink plenty of water to help rehydrate your tissues after a session. If this soreness lasts more than 2 days we will want to adjust the pressure in your future appointments.
