Masks although optional at this time are highly recommended and encouraged.

The possible risks of contracting COVID-19 and it's variants, as well as the Flu, RSV, and other viruses, are all unfortunately, a threat to our communities especially when working in close quarters.  Therefore, we must all remain vigilant in making sure we take all the recommended precautions to stay healthy and safe, not just for ourselves but for others as well.  See this link for more information on how to protect yourself.

To ensure we're doing everything we can to protect our clients, we have EPA/CDC recommended disinfectant/sanitizing cleaning products that are used on every touchable surface, we use air purifiers in our treatment rooms and throughout the office to help lower the risk of airborne pathogens. Bleach is and always has been used to launder our linens. 

***If you are not feeling well and/or you're in pain, please reach out to your physician, chiropractor, and or physical therapist, in case of any injury or illness.***  Being healthy, being safe, remaining healthy, remaining safe is the number one concern for us all. Don't "tough it out" get it "checked out" instead!***

Our massage therapy experience is over 30 years combined. We were both educated at the acclaimed and esteemed Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City. Through our basic education and subsequent continuing education, we've had the privilege to learn and practice many modalities that are effective in the assistance of healing soft tissue injuries, relaxing the body, and the like. Through that knowledge and the knowledge we've learned through the subsequent years by working with NYC Triathlon, NYC Iron Man, NYRR, U.S. Open, UNC Athletics, and SAS Golf Championship, we provide a multi-modal approach of massage therapy to the complex system of the human body in order to enhance efficient human movement. Whether one is a professional athlete, weekend warrior or one with a 9-5 job, we all have the same muscles and their respective functions and actions.

We wholeheartedly believe through educating our clients on the intricacies of the complex systems of the human body, we can help our clients empower themselves so they can lead functional lives and live dynamically.We truly love what we do and we have a passion to continue to learn and advance our profession, because as in life, learning, truly never ends.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY BELOW:

WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: See below for more details.

*CLIENT CANCELLATION, it's up to the client to reschedule that appointment via online through our website.  

*THERAPIST CANCELLATION, it's up the therapist to contact the client within 24 - 48 hours to reschedule that appointment.

If you're canceling your appointment before our 24 hour policy, and you've prepaid for your appointment online, your pre-payment will remain on your client profile/account for future use. *You will NOT receive a refund unless you specifically request one by contacting us in writing via through this site or our gmail account. dynamicfusionmuscletherapy@gmail.com*  

If cancelling within 24 hours you will be charged HALF (50%) of the full price fee of the service scheduled. 

"LATE" is considered up to 19 mins past your scheduled appointment time; 

If you are running LATE (as described above) to your appointment, please contact us either by phone/text (919-335-8325) or by email (dynamicfusionmuscletherapy@gmail.com) to let us know.
We may or may not be able to push your appointment time back depending upon your therapist's client schedule, and therefore may have to reschedule your appointment for a later date/time.

"NO-SHOW" constitutes 20 minutes or more and therefore your appointment will be marked as such and you will have to reschedule your appointment for that date/time. More details of our policy is listed below:

If you are a NO-SHOW (as described above), you will be charged the FULL price of the service scheduled. 

If you are a NO-SHOW and paying with an already purchased gift certificate, it shall become FORFEIT.

We understand that life happens and can get in the way (i.e. traffic, office/home emergencies, sick family member, etc.). In these events it is at Dynamic Fusion Muscle Therapy's discretion how your effected appointment will be handled.

We kindly ask that you please make arrangements accordingly to arrive to your appointment on time. We here at Dynamic Fusion Muscle Therapy value you and your time and sincerely appreciate you choosing us for your massage therapy needs.
