I have a passion for knowledge.  I want to continue to broaden my understanding of the human body, and the interactions between the various components which constructs the internal framework of each individual.  I believe that we all have the same basic construction however each individual body expresses changes differently, and this is what drives me to continue to learn and develop her massage techniques.

Jessica received her massage training from Hesser College in 2010 and is a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Prior to Hesser, she earned her Bachelors of Science in biology from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Core Strengthening, Sports Massage and Aromatherapy.

She believes that both of her edifications have guided her to have a strong understanding and respect of the human body, and for the various constitutions that we all possess. This awareness significantly contributes to her desire to help others in a natural and compassionate way.
