I use my resources including internet, social media, books, classes, and people to contribute to the improvement of my client's health through proactive preventive methods: therapeutic massage, nutraceuticals, aromatherapy and body harmonics. My commitment is to assist my clients via thoughtful healthnags to educate and bring awareness about how habits can either detract or enhance your health and therefore your lifestyle.
