Kat Lilith, HHP (Holistic Health Practitioner), is a bodyworker, energy worker, clairvoyant, HeartMath coach, and Laughter Yoga leader. She founded The Healing Heart, her multi- disciplinary transformational healing arts practice in 1998. Calling upon a variety of healing and wisdom methods to facilitate her clients transformation and well being, Kat likes to think of her work as intra- personal conflict resolution- helping body, mind, and spirit to align.

She combines her superlative skills at reading energy with the ability to communicate her knowledge with precision and kindness. I would highly recommend her without hesitation for anyone who is grappling with a big decision, or anyone who would like laser-focus insight with help on a life-circumstance or relationship.
During our session, Kat exhibited her astonishing intuitive skills, and she was able to identify some deeply personal things about me. She perceived the structure of a limiting core psychological pattern, and she communicated her findings with exceptional compassion. She helped me to see the relationships among some different parts of myself, and thereby, she helped me to gain clarity on a troublesome issue.
