screening we determine the best options for your session. Our Bodywork includes
a variety of soft tissue techniques with stretching and strengthening
suggestions as needed.
We also provide Movement and Flexibility
assessment and training, Injury prevention and Return to play and
all natural nutritional supplements to help you be your best. If you are
simply looking for a Relaxation session we can provide this as well.

and Operator/Kristi Stephens, ATC, AT, LMT, FNS: Kristi's office is inside Conquest fitness in the waiting room area. Kristi brings an extensive
background to the table with years as an Athletic Trainer in a Manual Therapy
Clinic, High school and and College Trainer, Personal Trainer as well as
additional specialized Massage training in Boulder Colorado and The Institute
of Massage in Ann Arbor Mi. She instructed Sports Medicine through Clinton and Eaton County RESA and is a Professor at Lansing Community College in the Division of
Health and Human Services, Physical Fitness and Wellness, Kinesiology and Massage Therapy
Cheyenne Jakus: Cheyenne has a beautiful office
at Conquest complex located at the east end of the building inside PTC
(Physcial Therapy Connections).
Cheyenne graduated from St Johns high
school where she took a year long Sports Medicine class through CCRESA
after which she attended Lansing Community College for Massage Therapy.
Cheyenne has experience working with various massage modalities including
trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish and sport massage.
Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective
massage for relieving tight muscles from everyday use and overuse injuries.
Cheyenne believes in the ability of massage to produce profound healing
benefits.
