It took me many years to figure this out. Life isn't all about rush, rush , rush. You have to make the time to stop and enjoy the little things in life. Taking care of yourself is one of them. Over the past couple of years I decided that it was time for me to enjoy life. I had raised my three children, devoted myself in supporting my husband with his military career yet never really did anything for myself. About 10 years ago my husband gave me an all day spa treatment. A spark went off in my head. "This is what I can do! Not only is it fulfilling to me but it is helping others achieve exactly what I want. Relaxation!" At the time of this revelation we were stationed overseas. It has been an adventure since that spark went off but I went back to school to become a Therapeutic Massage Specialist and while there found this truly was my calling.

I am a chronic migraine sufferer and I also broke my back. Heather has helped me not only recover from my migraines but helped them from coming at all. She has also helped with the massive pain in my back and legs. Definitely recommend!!!

Did not like the fact that I could not get scheduled before my Groupon expired, but Heather was very good and sat down and advised me some other things when we finished.

The massage was very relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension. Heather took time to explain some of the issues she noticed, plus gave me stretches that I could do on my own to help. Fantastic!

Heather was very thorough before, during, and after the massage. She even offered me tips on how to relieve tension in my body afterwards. I left feeling noticeably refreshed. It was a wonderful experience!

Medical history paperwork required. Probably doesn't understand HIPPA. Called a couple of other massage businesses - none of them require medical paperwork. Would have been more than happy to sign waiver and such.

The massage bed was amazingly comfortable. She found and treated every problem area. Very professional yet personal in treating me as not just another customer. I will be returning and spreading the word about this place! Loved My massage!
