About Us

MadNails Spa is a professional mobile and home based spa service. We provide relaxing massage and nail treatments to individuals or groups. We have all-natural, non-toxic 5-free and 10-free vegan nail products, because healthy nails are beautiful nails. All our sugar scrubs are made in-house with natural ingredients and ever-changing seasonal scents. Your safety is our duty. We use medical-grade sterilizers to treat our metal equipment and use disposable, single-use tools to protect our clients.

*We also offer medical massage therapy covered by some insurance companies. If you have a diagnosed condition and you are looking to get your massages covered with health insurance we can help.

Medical Massage

Medical massage therapy can qualify as a medical expense as long as a physician provides a written prescription. Examples of illnesses that qualify include carpal tunnel syndrome, stress, back pain, arthritis, diabetes, hypertension, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression and pain management. Check with your insurance, FSA, & HSA.

Hot Stone

Smooth stones are heated then used as an extension of the therapist's hands. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. This treatment induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Moderate to Firm pressure.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Must be 13 + weeks.

Thai Yoga

Thai massage uses ancient stretching and massage techniques to leave you feeling free and relaxed. Performed on a mat on the floor or table. Therapist guides the client through a series of yoga postures, deep stretching, rhythmic compression and acupressure. Client is dressed in loose fitting clothes allowing ease of movement and flexibility.

Reflexology

Moderate pressure, stretching, and movement is applied in a systematic manner to reflex areas on the feet, that corresponds to parts of the body via the central nervous system. The signals balance the nervous system or release chemicals such as endorphins that reduce stress and pain. Technique application is “dry,” without the use of oil, cream or lotion.

Therapeutic Cupping

Silicone cups are placed on the skin to create suction to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and activate lymphatic drainage. Treatment is gentle as oils allow the cups to slide without causing much bruising. Still, a certain amount of redness is expected both from fixed position cupping, and with movement of the cups. The redness that appears is stagnant blood that is moved to the surface, where it's more easily removed by the body. The more redness you see, the more stagnant blood is present.
