I am in the business of movement appraisal - improving the human body's capacity for optimal performance, in sport and in life. Whether you lift competitively or run occasionally, untethered potential for pain-free movement and high-quality living is my contribution.
After studying massage therapy at Cortiva Institute - Boston, I tailored my career to work with the general population and athletes alike that suffer from poor movement which, ultimately, leads to pain and limitation in life. By pursuing an Orthopedic Certification and becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I continue to dedicate my efforts to helping the public recover from chronic musculoskeletal dysfunctions and lead healthier, fuller lives.
