Take a Breath ~ Let it go

I found my time practicing in Taos, NM after graduating from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2010 to be a profound adventure of awakening. Being under the New Mexico sky brought a peace and “grounded” element to my life and work. I gained a great deal of respect for indigenous healing practices and have incorporated some of these intuitive concepts into my massage work. As I have discovered over the years, integrated approaches seem to produce the best results.

Massage is a healing dance where tissues speak and my hands listen. Craniosacral Therapy is a light-touch work that is deeply healing. I have continued training with the UpLedger Institute in this area. And I’m currently expanding my training and practice with essential oils and layering ethereal elements into bodywork. Working with individuals who are open to the transformative quality of touch makes my day. I would estimate that 75% of the people I see, come in for treating neck and shoulder pain.

Craniosacral Therapy

I continue my education in light-touch therapy with The UpLedger Institute, where I learn to integrate the "healing power of gentle touch" into my sessions. This approach releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
