Sara is here for those that have an interest in their overall health, those who call for a held space where they can escape from the rat race of the world to relax, and those who seek ease from musculoskeletal discomfort. Her uniquely detailed approach aims to combine modalities in order to gratify each clients' unique needs. I'm 52 years old, and I can't remember feeling this good since my 20s. Sara has strong, intuitive, and gentle hands that make for a massage that is, somehow, both soothing and invigorating. I'm a very tactile person...and pretty particular about the way I'm touched. Sara knows the parts of the body that need to be worked over hard, for release and to unwind tension and knots...and she does that in a way that brings an exhilarating type of deep pain. (It's technically pain, I guess, but it's not discomfort...if that makes sense; it's a freeing, visceral type of "pain," because you can feel how liberating and limbering it is.) And she knows which parts need tenderness. There were times during the massage that I felt a streak of electricity run through my body and times I had, quite literally, my breath taken away. I left the massage with my body feeling so energized, unwound, limber...and ready for me to take it out for some 20something adventures.

I was very impressed with Sara's professionalism, skill, and grace. The room was beautifully adorned and the music was fun and not too sleepy as some places are. I appreciated Sara's attention to detail and thoroughness was top notch. What I didn't like so much:
- Exposure to any sort of fluorescent lighting at the far end of room. Can easily remedy that by just bringing in a lamp.
For as long as I'm in Denver... Sara will be the only massage therapist I will ever go to.
