What is wu wei (無爲)?
Wu wei is a Taoist term meaning, "effortless action". A state of being in which things flow smoothly, without obstruction, allowing for genuine freedom, harmony, and spontaneous expression. This is the prayer and intention I bring to every massage session so that your body, your entire being, may learn to live in new, healthier ways.
