I had a cosmetic procedure on my face and neck and had swelling and scar tissue that needed a trained person in lymphatic massage. Paula explained very thoroughly her gentle approach and I was amazed after one hour how much swelling disappeared. I could feel the fluid going through my system as she was working on me. It’s amazing that gentle little touches can move fluid through your body like that. I booked two more appts.

Paula is truly a master of her craft. I used to have upper and lower back pain, as well as tightness in my right hip (triathlon training and sitting as a desk will do it to you!). I didn't know what to expect when I came to see Paula. A friend recommended her and I jump at the opportunity for new experiences like this as well as for ways to get clarity on my purpose and intention.
