I offer a .different massage experience, fully customized for you right down to the music The fusion of Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching and elements of Reiki and Esalen result in a unique, relaxing experience you won't find anywhere else in the area. Hot paraffin treatment is also available to soothe tired, aching or dry hands. While you're here, relax, reset and renew in the Calming Cafe. Simply a quiet place to unplug for a few moments, the Cafe offers comfortable seating, pleasant fragrances and an assortment of free coffees and teas.Enjoy artwork from artists with ties to Central Illinois. Paraffin Bath for Hands

Paraffin wax provides a deep heat for hand to reach areas in the small joints of the hands and feet. This modality is performed by dipping the extremity in melted paraffin, then wrapping to allow penetration of the heat. It can relieve arthritis pain, as well as smooth and soften the skin.

I studied physical therapy at Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville, IL. Upon completion of the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2013, I rolled into the accelerated massage therapy program at The Body Therapy Center in Swansea, IL. Following licensure for PTA in 2013, I practiced physical therapy before seeking my massage license, though I successfully passed the state boards in 2015. In 2017, I decided to complete the licensure process , and became a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Alongside physical therapy, I have been building my career in massage therapy in central Illinois following out family's relocation. I can be found at Clinton Massage Therapy, as well as at True Health Chiropractic and Massage in Bloomington. I host on site massages by appointment monthly at the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield. I am also available by appointment for massage at your location.
My style is a somewhat eclectic combination of Swedish massage, myofascial release with integrated craniosacral elements, deep tissue and relaxing effleurage strokes. Each massage includes range of motion and when appropriate, stretching to upper and lower extremes. I've been very effective with treatments for limited motion in the hips and shoulders, back pain, sciatica, and neck pain.
