At Sista4Peace, when we use the word peace we do not mean being without strife or obstacles in your life, we mean having a balance of mind, body and spirit in order to face everyday challenges with a positive outlook. When we are out of balance, it is difficult to keep or establish healthy relationships in our home, work, place of worship, and within our communities. If we want peace in our environment we must start with peace within. Through Reiki, massage,birth and postpartum support and workshops, we provide you with the tools to come back and stay in balance.
