I have been seeing Rachel for years on a regular basis to help me manage back and neck issues. Her skills go beyond basic massage and have made such a difference in my day to day function and management. She is always super professional and creates a calming experience.

I am not fond of rating things generally, and rating great things to me seems a little off, because great things are, in their essential nature, unique, but I want to give credit where it is due, in this case to Rachel, as that was a fabulous massage.

As an active older retired person, my body takes longer to recover from exercise these days. Regular massage therapy plays a critical role in that recovery, which is why I've been a client of Rachel's for years. She's highly skilled at finding and fixing areas in need of therapy.

Rachel listened to my concerns and addressed them with expertise and incredible strength in her hands.I felt safe and relaxed, even though she was doing deep tissue massage. The massage was also perfectly timed to conclude at the end of the hour. I did not feel rushed. Rachel has a calm and competent presence. It was a focused and productive hour.

I have been seeing Rachel for nearly two years now. Every massage is different, catering to your specific needs. She often finds problem areas you did not even know about. Over my time seeing her I have a better mental sense and bodily feeling of wellness. Even my posture has improved. I now, thanks to Rachel, see massage as an essential part of maintaining my health, right up there with diet, exercise, and check-ups with the doctor.
