As I progress in my qualifications as an IMT (Integrated Manual Therapist), my focus and knowledge have shifted from more "relaxation" to truly therapeutic and beneficial treatments. 
I approach your pain from a kinetic and pain referral standpoint. 
You tell me where you feel your pain and I follow the kinetic chain to locate the root cause of your problem to help eliminate your problems once and for all.

    I’m not a feely touchy kind of person, so massages are not my thing. However, I have a pinched nerve in my neck and my Dr told me it would be good. Overall it felt good, she hits some good spots and loosened some muscles. She was very gentle and let me know what she was gonna do before she did it. I felt calm during and after.

This was my 1st time visiting this place. Pam was awesome! She was very curtious and informative. I have been suffering from hip pain off and on for the past eight years. Pam felt my hip bone and immediately told me why I was having pain there, and what she was going to do to help alleviate some of the pain. This is day 3 since my message, and I have not experienced any hip pain. Pam has magic fingers.. I am definitely going back to see her next month. Before I met Pam I NEVER talked to a masseuse that was that educated on anatomy and the structure of my back. Highly recommend her!

I like the massage itself. It was very relaxing and did loosen up my back. The pain did come back though. I was hoping it was a cure, but the massage was only temporary relief. I did feel better though

Depending on the cause and the length of time you've been dealing with it, it can take several sessions to finally get the lasting relief you're hoping for. Sometimes, we get lucky and get an immediate "fix" but those times are rare. Massage, like exercise, builds on gains session by session.
