About Us

At Solace, we believe massage is more than just a luxury. It’s a safe and natural way to reduce pain, relieve stress and improve quality of life. We understand that each person is different and therefore may require a different approach or modality for their healing. Each therapy session is focused on client comfort, care and relaxation. 

Our therapists are skilled at providing a range of modalities such as:

    I have never had the experience of having a True Massage, I was very apprehensive to say the least. However, Heather explained everything as she was going to do as she was doing the massage and was very Professional. I’ve had multiple surgeries on my neck and I’ve tried everything from Surgeries, Nerve ablations, Epidurals etc. So my neck and back are always stiff as a board. After Heather was done she directed me to an Infrared sauna for another 30 minutes and that felt awesome. Highly recommend if you haven’t had one get one. You won’t regret the decision. Thanks Heather, I haven’t felt this good in 15 years.

  • This was my very first massage. I absolutely loved it! Everything about it was perfectly amazing. I did not feel uncomfortable at all. The sauna after my massage was wonderful as well. I highly recommend Solace Massage Therapy for either relaxation or medical-purposes.

I enjoy both the relaxing massage and the maintenance work that Sarah provides. She helps me manage my discomfort from lower back issues and I am even sleeping better! The lymphatic massage has been working to reduce swelling and discomfort in my joints. I am so glad I found Sarah!

I have an illness that’s triggered by too much heat. Not only is Sarah a great massage therapist, she remembers what you’ve said in the past, things you like and/or wanted to try like cupping, pressure, etc. I would definitely recommend her!

She went past my 60 minutes and was very nice. What deep tissue I did get on my neck shoulders was good,.. it just took forever to get to that point. She kept messing with my pecks and underarms and even my face and ears after I clearly said skip all of that from the beginning.

Needed more focus on neck and shoulders. I repeatedly from the beginning was direct about what I needed. I said NO facial, arms, pecks, etc. Please Deep tissue focus on neck and shoulders, but I had to continually redirect. Had to tell no to digging in my underarms at least twice. I just felt like she didn’t comprehend my wishes. It was awkward because I felt I was very clear from the beginning. Midway of the massage I said “when can we get to my neck and shoulders this is teasing me” . The portion where the focus was on my neck and shoulders was great, but too much time spent on pecks after I said do not work on pecks and still my face and scalp were massaged, Too much time spent on unneeded areas. The good part of the massage that I came for came near the end of the massage as time was running out. She did however go a few minutes past an hour so I did tip her.. I just think she didn’t catch on what I wanted until time was almost up. Very professional and kind, but I don’t think she understood my request or she felt all the other was more important. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this massage a 6 at best.
