Unfortunately, one of our regular Therapist had a medical emergency last minute and Mickey was a fill in. We are so sorry that your husband had a bad experience with her. Our regular therapists are very thorough in the intake process, and they make sure to tell clients to communication with them as to pressure, as pain is very much subjective. Yes, it is normal to be sore in some cases. I did have to focus on specific areas of tension that she had in her upper body. She can soak in Epson salt and baking soda in hot water to help draw out any soreness and to make it a spa day at home add a few drops of essential oil. I'm so glad she enjoyed her day. Thanks again.

Unfortunitely, pain is subjective and communication with your therapist is very important during massage. I'm sorry you felt that you could not communicate with your therapist. She has recieved Rave reviews from ALL of her other clients. However, we do have other therapists that may be more to your liking. We do hope you give us another chance to serve you.
