Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. These sessions average about 45-55 minutes depending on the wellness of the client. I first stepped into the massage therapy world as a way to have flexible hours for university, but quickly fell in love with bodywork and haven't looked back!
