I specialize in pain and stress relief and my advanced training includes deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, reflexology, Reiki, Swedish, medical massage, Thai bodywork, myofascial release, and more.

Helping people feel the very best they can in their body is what I love to do and I have a special affinity for seniors, disabled and hospice clients.

Gentle yet effective targeted relief for pre- and post-natal discomfort, swelling, and fatigue from week 12 of pregnancy and beyond. Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expectant and new mothers. Side-lying postures and pillows are used to prevent putting pressure on the ligaments and abdomen. Massage is beneficial for regulating hormone levels, reducing swelling and stress, and improvement of nerve pain, respiration, digestive health, and the urinary system.

Reiki Peace

Reiki uses a gentle technique commonly called palm or hands-on healing to transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of peaceful equilibrium. Recipients may feel pleasant tinging, warmth or simply deep relaxation.

Superior Chair Massage

Chair massage is always a hit for employee appreciation, at corporate events, and bridal, baby shower, and spa parties. Flat hourly rate allows for up to four ten-minute sessions per hour or three 15-minute sessions per hour. Minimum booking two hours, maximum four. The addition of warm Synergy Stones make this chair experience superior to any other you've ever enjoyed. Chair may be utilized instead of a table for a single-person, one hour session for those with limited mobility or space issues.

Outcall service is provided within a 25 minute radius of the Dallas-Fort Worth airport. An additional $10 trip charge may apply if you are outside the service area. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted and gift certificates are available for your convenience.
