What would I tell a friend.
GO! If you need to get away from the world for 60 or 90 minutes or, like me, 2 full hours......do yourself a favor and book it. You’ll thank me, and you’ll definitely thank yourself for listening!
The studio is A1. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a beautiful, peaceful spa in the suburbs. The atmosphere alone starts putting you at ease.
As always, Stacy is such a pleasure to see she is beautiful, warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She gives you privacy, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you’re comfortable.
But once you tell her you’re lying down and ready… that’s when the reset begins. 😂 My body and my mind went to two completely different places. My body got the work it desperately needed, while my mind finally got the rest it needed, except for the few times my own snoring woke me up! 😂
That was yesterday. Today, my body honestly feels like somebody hit the reset button. And my mind is already telling me, “Go back!”

The massage itself was absolutely wonderful. She has a great sense of where tension is being held and knows exactly how to work those areas without making the experience feel rushed or impersonal. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better than when I arrived.
The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine focus on my individual needs really stood out.
Support a local independent professional who clearly takes pride in what they do---skilled, attentive, and genuinely invested in their clients.
I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Temple Esteem Massage Studio has truly become a part of my wellness routine. Since I've been weight training consistently, I've learned how important recovery is, and regular massages have made a huge difference.
Stacy is incredibly knowledgeable and has a true gift for helping the body heal through therapeutic touch. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to get back to training. 1st time massage client and all I can say is, it won't be my last. I was traveling this week and missed my regular massage back home. A dear colleague and sister-friend recommended Stacy and it was such a wonderful experience. I felt lighter afterwards because she worked the tension out of my problem areas. She also adjusted the timing at my request and I am so appreciative of her flexibility. The experience and service were a 10 out of 10!
