Peter received his first Pilates certificate in 2001 and completed his Masters at The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO in 2008.
A firm believer in the osteopathic principle that the body is always tending towards health and sometimes just needs a little nudge in the right direction, Peter approaches his sessions as both a teacher and practitioner. Sessions can be exclusively manual therapy, a mixture of manual therapy and exercise prescription, or the creation of a full collaborative framework to heal injury, restore health and alleviate pain through a holistic assessment of a clients dynamic alignment, their postural strengths and challenges, musculoskeletal history and most importantly the client’s short and long term goals.
Whether you have a chronic condition that you haven’t been able to reconcile, or simply a hitch in your stride or ache in your side, Peter can assist in ameliorating pain and discomfort and resetting towards a path of optimal health.
