This is a gentle form of full body massage that uses long strokes, kneading, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Shiatsu is a Japanese technique that uses finger pressure to help redirect your body's chi. It relaxes your muscles and helps you achieve a balanced energy flow. This massage is preformed on a mat on the ground fully clothed

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. This massage technique uses slower, firmer strokes to target the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Good for chronically tight muscles in the back and legs.

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation in office settings.

Sports Massage

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. This is similar to Swedish massage, but it's geared toward people involved in sport activities to help prevent or treat injuries. Assisted and passive stretching will be used to help mobilize the joints and improve flexibility. I use a cross fingering technique to break up adhesions and loosen tight, cable like muscles.
