Prenatal

Using the technique of Nurturing the Mother® developed by Claire Marie Miller, this massage utilizes a side laying-position with pillows, which is safest for mother and baby. Calming strokes are used to increase circulation, help with lymph swelling and reduce pain. Gentle stretching techniques are also incorporated to help increase range of motion in the hips and lower back that also helps with tension.

Integrative Reflexology® developed by Claire Marie Miller use the techniques of focusing on specific points within the feet, hands, and ears to address issues throughout the body using Structural Alignment Theory, Zone Theory, Meridian Theory and Psychoneuroimmunology Theory. This deeply relaxing massage can be done while you are fully clothed.

Fertility Massage

Nurturing the Mother® Fertility Massage is a highly effective techniques including cranial sacral holds, Integrative Reflexology®, meridian lines, and positioning the uterus to help the body be in its best position for pregnancy. This technique also helps with PCOS, Endometriosis, and Uterine Fibroids. This 75 minute session includes a castor oil pack.

30-minute session focus on stretching all of your aches and pains away. Using both active and passive stretching techniques to help your aching muscles. This is also a great service to add on to your massage. I ask that you come in comfortable clothes. In this session you will stay fully dressed.

Chelsea Adams-Cook has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2012. She went to Anne Arundel Community College where she received her AA in Massage Therapy. Since graduating she has gone on to become certified in Prenatal/Postpartum, Infant, Hot Stone, Reflexology and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. She also is a certified instructor in Infant Massage and Couples Massage for Pregnancy. While going to school for massage, Chelsea also took an interest in nutrition. She holds a Letter of Recognition in Nutrition and Fitness from Anne Arundel Community College.
