Seeking to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind, and spirit through yoga and massage is my ultimate goal. As a registered yoga teacher, I have used my degree in Clinical Nutrition and  certifications in wellness and Thai Massage to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness for adults and children.

I have over 400 hours in wellness and holistic training including Thai Massage and Reflexology, Reiki,Yoga for Adults and Children, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga for Injury Prevention /Recovery. Teaching  adult yoga and meditation at libraries, residential gyms, schools, and corporate offices, including CSPAN, Washington DC is fulfilling,  I am a Certified Member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and have had training from Breathe for Change Yoga and Wellness, YogaFit, and Spiritual Essence Yoga and Wellness Center. I am also the CEO of a nonprofit yoga and wellness organization for children and teens.

My services are unique. In addition to Thai Massage and Reflexology, a private yoga or assisted stretching session can be scheduled with  your massage or reflexology service. The room is large enough to provide services using a massage table, yoga mat, or zero gravity chair. Thai Massage is done on a massage table with the client being fully clothed with the exception of socks.The use of an infrared sauna  after your service is optional and will enhance your overall treatment.

My services are offered at the following holistic centers: Wellsview Cottage, Annapolis Maryland, Katrice Nelson Wellness, LLC in Crofton Maryland and a private gym in Bowie, Maryland.   Mobile services are also available.
