My philosophy for life and massage is that intention creates reality. My intention is to promote wellness in all clients who seek my services.

I graduated from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis in 2016, where I learned Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, and Reiki. I have also taken extra courses in Reiki (Reiki II practitioner), Lymphatic Drainage, and Reflexology.

All active and retired military, LEOs and first responders always receive a 10% discount off of any service and I donate 5% of my fees to suicide prevention.
