Back treatments open the pores through exfoliation, cleanse the skin prepping it to receive therapeutic products deeply. Products can draw impurities from the skin and heat from the towels will promote relaxation in the muscles and connective tissue. To wrap things up a massage with an emollient lotion will release tension and lock in moisture.

Welcome! I'm Mayra, owner of Elevated Massage & Bodywork. My approach to my work comes from an intuitive and holistic view; with the utmost respect to your individuality as a whole; mind, body and spirit. My aim is to help you ease. away any tension, stress or worries.
I completed my studies at Spa Tech Institute having graduated from their Therapeutic Massage program in 2009. I became licensed in Rhode Island in 2015. I have experience in Swedish, Hydrotherapy, Deep Tissue and Myofascial work.
In my downtime you can often find me practicing yoga, at the gym or spending the afternoon listening to podcasts with my dog Amaya.
