I also helped teach phlebotomy to students in the phlebotomy, medical technician and nursing programs for one of the local hospital programs. After my son suffered two knee injuries while playing high school football, I was inspired to learn and help reduce the odds of injury, assist in pain reduction and rehabilitation within my scope of practice! If I can help one young athlete (or anyone else) from the fate my son endured through massage and bodywork, I will consider that a success!

Audrey at Muscle Solutions and Bodywork is a miracle worker. I have been battling a pulled groin and osteoarthritis in my left hip for 3 years now. Physical therapy was difficult and many times I would overuse the muscles and experience inflammation and days of unbearable pain. My pain management doctor suggested massage therapy. After Goggling and talking to a couple therapists I booked an appointment with Audrey. She spent 30+ minutes hearing my concerns and finding out about me and the painful journey. Then she spent 100 minutes or more working on me. She did not want me to leave without completing the area she was working on.
She found all my sore and painful spots and worked hard to release and stretch the fascial tissue. I am amazed at her strength and endurance.
When I left the area was so relaxed and I was able to activate my quad without pain.
Audrey insisted I update her that evening on the results. I was pleased to let her know how well I was feeling and eager to book another appointment.
I have purchased 2 3-pack massages and have been twice more. Each time Audrey inquires how my body is feeling and she treats the affected areas. I leave feeling the muscle release and more movement.
