I am a massage therapist who specializes in gentle, restorative techniques that encourage the body’s natural ability to heal. My primary focus is Bowen Therapy, a subtle yet powerful approach that works with the nervous system to bring lasting relief and balance.

With Bowen Therapy, I use light, rolling movements over muscles, fascia, and nerves to send signals through the nervous system. Rather than relying on deep pressure, this method helps the body release tension, reset imbalances, and shift into a parasympathetic state—the place where true rest and repair can occur. Many of my clients have found relief from chronic pain, stress, and long-standing conditions through this gentle approach, especially when other methods haven’t provided lasting results.

I also offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage, a soothing technique that supports lymph flow, reduces swelling, and enhances overall wellness, as well as Integrated Massage, which blends a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs for relaxation, pain relief, and balance.

All of my sessions are 90 minutes, which allows plenty of time to work with care and intention—without rushing—so each client receives the full benefit of the treatment.

At the core of my work is the belief that healing does not have to come from force. By providing a calm, compassionate space and techniques that honor the body’s wisdom, I help clients move toward balance, ease, and greater well-being.
