Massage Therapy is my passion. I have 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and I am also a registered nurse.

I understand the need for traditional medicine and at the same time I am a strong advocate for alternative methods to support your bodies natural self healing abilities.

My massage includes a variety of techniques with the goal to release tension, work on problem areas, reduce stress and facilitate in relaxation. 
I incorporate deep tissue massage, address reflexology and acupressure points, do gentle stretches and long soothing strokes.

Here is a little more about myself.
In 1985 I moved from Frankfurt, Germany to the USA. 
I lived in Maryland and Wisconsin.
11years ago I arrived in Arizona and I am here to stay.
