Massage has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember in some form or another. Whether it was my mom brushing my hair and giving me backrubs or me washing and massaging her feet as a little kid, that therapeutic touch has always held a special place in my heart. Massage has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember in some form or another. Whether it was my mom brushing my hair and giving me backrubs or me washing and massaging her feet as a little kid, that therapeutic touch has always held a special place in my heart. I've always been a more tactile learner and tended to communicate more with touch, and I am by nature a "hugger".
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. I truly believe that healing, caring touch is an essential part of life and something everyone deserves. My goal as a therapist is to help bring freedom to my clients by allowing them the opportunity for greater body awareness. My training thus far includes Northern Thai Massage, Swedish, Deep/Connective Tissue, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic, Hot Stones, and Reflexology. I believe strongly in listening attentively and compassionately to each client so that I am able to customize my massage to support each person as a unique individual.
I am a mom, wife, and nerdy nature girl that loves to explore and is endlessly curious about the world both within and around us. I love movement and being outdoors is absolutely vital for me. When I'm not doing massage, you will most often find me communing with nature in some sort or another - be it mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canyoneering, backpacking, dancing, or foraging for green folk. I am thankful every day for the journey my life has taken and to be able to do what I love. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to help you enjoy your journey as well.
