About Us

Lailii graduated from UTMI in Albuquerque, NM in 2004. As a massage therapist, she focuses her life around the healing arts and mindful living, she is a motivated individual who is passionate about improving people's lives and making sure that every person receives the utmost level of care and attention. She looks at each person as a whole being and works with her clients to help them improve their way of living, from nutrition to meditation to physical activity. She is skilled and educated in deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point theory, and Swedish massage. Your private practice customizing a blend of Yin Yoga, Myofascial Stretching and ELDOA's. Specific techniques to open the body for optimal recovery and healing. Through aligning and strengthening your spine we create a sense of awareness through breath, we increase your bodies tensegrity and can restore range of motion, through postural exercises that were designed to increase space within the spine. These exercises will improve posture, decompress the back, reduce pain and correct your posture.

In a group of 4, we practice a blend of Yoga, Myofascial Stretching and ELDOAs. Be Quiet, Be Still & Listen Diaphragmatic Breathing Meditation

Take a moment in your day to find stillness within allowing your body to relax releasing stress and pain through intention and a quiet space. Breathing connecting with your body that creates the space you need to relieve discomfort pain and open your body creating fluid movement with simple exercises for activation to help warm up the spine for alignment. This class will also cover extensively on breathing exercises (pranayama) to awaken our energy through prana (life force).

After 20 years of pain, doctors, yoga, and more... I finally had to go under the knife and get a Lumbar Microdiscectomy for L4/L5. During my recovery I found Myofascial Stretching and ELDOAs, these two modalities paired with my 10+ years of massage therapy and bodywork, I was able to function with more movement and ability than before. This is when my life path changed and I decided to help others learn how to heal themselves, by working together and starting to realign their posture and open one heart mind and soul allowing us together to Open and Create Space Within.
