I received my first massage while in the midst of my graduate training in Northern California. As a student of physical theatre, it was necessary to keep my body at its healthiest. After experiencing for myself how massage therapy can lift your mood, heal your body and improve your quality of life, I was hooked.
Being informed as a movement and physical theatre artist has amplified my knowledge of the body and the way it moves through space. This unique perspective gives me a better understanding of how over-worked muscles respond to therapy. My client base ranges from professional athletes, Metropolitan Opera singers, dancers, actors, medical doctors to everyday office workers.
I am a proud graduate of Massage Arts of Philadelphia and teach movement and physical theatre at Plymouth State University.
