All Massage appointments are booked on the Hour or on the Half Hour..
A Half hour is approximately a 23 minutes hands on treatment.
A One hour is approximately a 52 minutes hands on treatment.
A One & a half hour is approximately a 82 minutes hands on treatment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my long overdue massage! I had knee replacement on November 2, have been going for PT twice a week since but other body parts were crying out, especially my arm from using cane and lower back. Went in with limited neck motion and pain down my arm. Paulette was so knowledgeable and skilled at working out the knots causing all of the discomfort. Left there feeling relaxed with a much better range of motion and pain significantly reduced.
