Pam Dooley, MS, LMT combines polarity therapy, therapeutic massage, and Urban Zen classes to enhance balance in one's life. Polarity Therapy is an energy body work that will reduce stress, relieve aches and pains and bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit. She is a massage therapist, having graduated from Hocking College massage therapy program. She is skilled and experienced in deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, cupping, and trigger points. She has an integrative approach to treating most any ache or pain. Pam holds a masters in education, has more than 15 years nursing experience and more than 18 years experience as polarity practitioner.
