She graduated from Columbus State Community College where she received certifications in both Swedish relaxation massage & trigger point therapy (NMT). She uses a variable pressure from light to firm & she has an interest in incorporating therapeutic techniques. I had a wonderful experience with Jen at Flourish Bodyworks, They were professional but comforting, like talking to a long time friend while they give you an amazing massage.
The table was nice and comfy and Jen checked periodically throughout the procedure to ensure my levels of comfort.
Jen was able to apply a good amount of pressure (which is my style, but I am sure they can adjust to your liking) and I felt immediately healed after and following weeks after.
My only nit-pick was the room was a bit brighter than I am used to and music was a little loud. I will probably ask it to be at a dimmer light and lower decibel for my future session. Support local, Jen is awesome, I highly recommend!

Jen is so knowledgeable and experienced. She found all the right pressure points, manipulated my joints, and gave me a very satisfying and relaxing massage. When I explained the pain in my neck she knew just what to do.
