I liked the fact that Tameka took the time communicate with me and listened to what my expectations were and what my body needed. Tameka had no problems with meeting my needs and offering short and long term suggestions to better benefit my body. She's very educated and knowledgeable about the profession. Tameka is very professional and hospitable. She made me feel very relaxed and at ease. I came in with some pain in my lower back and joints, due to a recent physical fitness test. The Swedish Massage and the hot stones really helped to relieve that pain. I felt much better after that. I will be using her services again. Thanks, Tameka!

I indulged in a lipo cavitation session it was really relaxing with the dem lights, calming music, and good conversation. The instruments/tools used for the lipo cavation did not hurt but you will hear a frequency sound in your ear that will be shocking at first but it will subside.
