About Us

Founded by Anne Reilly, LMT, CNMT, Embody offers therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy, thai yoga massage, cupping, and massage for people living with cancer, as well as small group and individual yoga classes. I currently offer massage at the Arlington Massage Therapy and Wellness Center (www.arlington.massagetherapy.com),

conveniently located just off 315 in the Kenny & Old Henderson Road area. I am a Preferred Practitioner with the Society for Oncology Massage (www.s4om.org). I also teach yin and restorative classes at several yoga studios and corporate settings in the Columbus area.

I am a licensed massage therapist & certified neuromuscular therapist working in the Columbus, Ohio area. I attended the American Institute of Alternative Medicine and started my own practice after graduation in 2015. I do myofascial release & trigger point work in addition to more traditional Swedish massage, as well as cupping, thai yoga massage, and chair massage. I have also taken additional coursework in Massage for People Living with Cancer, and am a Preferred Practitioner with the Society for Oncology Massage (www.s4om.org). I am also a certified yoga teacher and completed a 300 hour yoga teacher training program at Balanced Yoga University in 2014. I primarily teach yin and restorative yoga, which are both slow, mellow practices, mostly done seated or lying down, and holding poses for several minutes. My philosophy in both yoga and massage is to help bring about wellness and relaxation by reducing tension in the muscles, calming the mind and nervous system, and addressing imbalances in the body.
