After years of study, guinea pigging myself and delving into the Emotional and Spiritual sides of healing I found the best balance for my body, so I developed "The Valvo Technique 3 Step Process." and have been doing it with my clients ever since with a lot of success!

A Bodywork Session with me will not be your average Massage Session! I don't dig into your muscles, I delve into your soul! It has depth in healing but the actually work is light, no soreness or toxic release is experienced... (no elbows needed).
