With an MA in International Disaster Psychology and an MBA, my background is in PTSD and International Business. I started my yoga journey in 2014 while I was living in Shanghai, China. This gave me the opportunity to study with world-class teachers from China, Ukraine, and Brazil.

I have practiced all different forms of yoga from Universal to Jivamukti to Yin, but I primarily teach Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, and Pranayama. These are the styles that I was trained in during my 200 hours yoga teacher training which I did at Centered Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand. I was lucky enough to train with Paul Dallaghan and his team.

When I teach, I look for ways to improve alignment and the use of the body personalized to the student. I focus on biomechanics, breath, and injury prevention. This is extremely important in yoga if you are looking to get the most out of it. Furthermore, I am also certified in sound bowl healing therapy. The level of attention given in a private lesson with me, you will not get anywhere else.
