The base of all the massages I have done comes from Swedish. Which is a simple form massage geared for relaxation and ridding of stress. All sessions I have done have been customized to the recipient of the massage to help them achieve their personal goals through bodywork. This usually, mainly involves use of myofascial and deep tissue techniques applied at the required and desired level of pressure and consistency to relieve your muscle tension.
